Similarly, if the service provider must cancel the appointment before confirming or beginning the work due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive your payment back in full.
Additionally, our policy covers situations where a user may have paid more than necessary. If a project or service is completed earlier than anticipated, or if you decide to terminate a service before the agreed-upon time, the refund will be prorated based on the remaining unused time. For example, if you hire a consultant for a four-hour session and the work is completed in three hours, you are entitled to a refund for the unused one hour. The refund amount will be calculated based on the hourly rate agreed upon at the time of booking.

When you subscribe to our Pro Plan, and decide to cancel your subscription, the refund will be calculated based on the number of months you have used the service. For example, if you subscribed to a 12-month plan and decide to cancel after 4 months of use, you will be refunded for the remaining 8 months.
Our Premium Plan includes a unique feature—a 7-day trial period during which you can explore all the functionalities without risk. If you choose to cancel your Premium Plan subscription within this trial period, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked. Beyond this trial period, similar to the Pro Plan, refunds for cancellations of the Premium Plan will also be based on the number of months used. For instance, if you are 6 months into a yearly subscription when you cancel, you will receive a refund for the remaining 6 months.

As UNITRICS is a free application provided by Cruxule Solutions Private Limited, there are no fees involved and thus, no refunds are applicable.
