Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. This Cancellation Policy outlines how customers can modify or cancel their delivery orders, and under what circumstances cancellations are accepted.
1. Cancellation by Customer – Before Dispatch
- Orders can be canceled at no additional cost before the product has been dispatched from our facility.
- Once your cancellation request is approved, any pre-paid amount will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
- To cancel an order, you must contact our support team via email or phone with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
2. Cancellation by Customer – After Dispatch
- Once the order has been dispatched or is in transit, cancellation is not possible.
- You may refuse to accept the delivery upon arrival; however, refund eligibility will depend on:
- The product’s physical condition upon return.
- Whether the item was opened, tampered with, or used.
- The product category (e.g., perishable or fragile items may not qualify).
- The product’s physical condition upon return.
- Shipping charges and handling costs may be deducted from any approved refund.
3. Company-Initiated Cancellations
Cruxule reserves the right to cancel an order at any time in the following cases:
- Product unavailability or out-of-stock condition.
- Incorrect pricing or technical error during checkout.
- Delivery is not possible due to service area restrictions.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.
In such cases, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
4. Delivery Attempt Failures
If the receiver is unavailable after two delivery attempts, the order will be marked as “Undeliverable.”
Re-delivery may be arranged at additional cost, but no refunds will be issued unless verified as a company error.
5. Modification of Orders
Any request to change the delivery address, recipient details, or product type after placing an order will be handled at the company’s discretion.
Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the location or product status.
