1. Eligibility for Refund
A refund request will be considered valid only under the following circumstances:
- Delivery failure caused by Cruxule:
If your product was not delivered due to a service error on our end, such as misrouting, failed logistics, or operational delays beyond control. - Damaged or defective product:
If the product received is damaged, defective, or not in usable condition at the time of delivery. You must report the issue with photo or video evidence within 24 hours of delivery. - Order canceled before dispatch:
If you cancel your order before the product has been dispatched from our warehouse or distribution center.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
- The delivery failed because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
- The receiver was unavailable or refused to accept delivery without valid reason.
- The product was tampered with, used, or damaged after successful delivery.
- Delays caused by force majeure events, including weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or unforeseen transport issues.
- The product was customized, perishable, or marked as non-returnable at the time of order.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund request, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of the issue via email or phone.
- Include your order number, delivery details, and supporting evidence (photos or proof of issue).
- Our quality assurance team will review the claim and verify eligibility within 3–5 working days.
- Once approved, refunds will be issued within 7–14 working days using the original payment method.
4. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be made directly to the original payment account used for the transaction. Cash refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
